Job Title Analyst.Mobile Money
Location Lagos,NG
Job Summary Support administration of all new agent/ merchant/ billers entity to Etisalats mobile financial servicesdistribution and payment network
Principal Functions
*. Maintain an adequate stock of corporate and retail materials inorder to ensure zero stock-out
*. Follow through and carry out tasks required to enroll agents or merchants and billers
*. Identify, analyze and document problems in 3rd party operations
*. Monitor and analyze incentives and commissions for all stakeholders in order to ensureseamless reconciliation and settlement
*. Ensure training of administrators and agents is carried out
*. Conduct business-readiness tests and post-launch tests to ensure all agent, merchant and/or biller services meet specifications
*. Assist in generation of monthly performance reports to measure KPIs across distributionand payment network
*. Document all agent and merchant requirements, including training manuals and materials
*. Assist in execution of mobile money agent/ merchant terms and conditions and operational processes between Etisalat Nigeria and 3rd party where necessary
*. Monitor SLAs with supporting units to ensure timely escalationand resolution of queries and issues
*. Execute any other deliverables as required by the Specialist-Mobile Payment
Educational Requirements
*. Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management Studies or highly numerate disciplines
*. Relevant Postgraduate qualification/ certification will be an added advantage Experience,Skills & Competencies
Between one (1) and two (2) years directly relevant post-NYSCwork experience in mobile and/ orcard payment processing with some background in the telecoms industry

Job Title : Head.Sales Projects, Systems and Processes
Location: Lagos,NG
Job Summary Oversee project and process management, systems enablement and training for all sales channels, including Indirect, Corporate, Retail and Field Force Agents
Principal Functions
*. Collaborate with Technical and Commercial leadership, as well aswith functional teams from Marketing and Products & Services to develop and execute aligned Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies aimed at growing sales revenues throughchannel enhancements
*. Lead project management (plan,execute and close) for the development and implementationof all new and existing sales enterprise-impacting projects
*. Account for the achievement of project objectives and overall quality assurance and control throughout the entire project life-cycle
*. Oversee the development, implementation and monitoring (BPM) of sales channels processes and procedures
*. Act as lead on all projects involving sales and oversee development, implementation and monitoring of all sales projects across existing channels
*. Manage Etisalat Nigeria�s MSISDN range to ensure optimal utilization and adequacy to cater for business needs
*. Ensure training of all Indirect Sales channel staff on products,processes and systems
*. Provide support and ensure high quality of BI reporting pertaining to Channel Partner incentives and commissions
*. Champion enablement/ automation of channel processes to drive aggressive growth of airtime sales and gross activations to ensure achievement of set goals and objectives
*. Ensure adequacy of support provided for all channels on sales systems-related solutions, e.g CRM, Inventory Management,Partner Management solutions, etc
*. Support development, implementation and reporting ofincentive/ commission schemes for all Channel Partners in orderto drive channel and revenue growth
*. Provide leadership and guidanceto team members and manage subordinates� performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives Educational Requirements
*. Bachelors degree in Marketing,Engineering, IT, Social Sciences or any other numerate discipline
*. Project management/ professional/ industry certification mandatory
*. Postgraduate qualification, e.g MBA, M.Sc. will be an added advantage Experience,Skills & Competencies Between eight (8) and twelve (12) years directly-relevant post-NYSC workexperience, with at least 8+ years in business analysis, sales planning and forecast, and channel management within the finance, technology and mobile telecoms business environment, and 4+ years in sales management and channels, systems and processes development and deployment
Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate specialist to expert competencies in the following areas:
*. Oral and written communication
*. Documentation and presentation
*. Knowledge of the telecoms business environment
*. BPM and PM in start-up sales channel development
*. Relevant systems and tools, e.g CRM, O2D, Inventory Management, SFA
*. Delivery of novel projects and products from concept to implementation in the telecoms industry
*. Planning, budgeting, procurement (selection and negotiation), and project leadership
